FAQ
Everything people ask before their first consultation. If yours isn't here, hello@kalospt.ca will get you an answer.
PRICING
One-on-one sessions run $100 to $130 CAD per session depending on package size: Starter is 12 sessions at $130 ($1,560), Momentum is 24 at $115 ($2,760), Transformation is 36 at $105 ($3,780), and VIP is 48 at $100 ($4,800). Every package gets the same coaching standard and full tracking in the KALOS app; larger packages simply cost less per session.
GETTING STARTED
Book a free consultation. A coach reaches out within two business days, and you sit down together for a free 60-minute conversation covering your goal, your training history, and the plan to get you there. You buy nothing before that conversation, and there's no obligation after it.
LOCATION
The studio is at 12060 Vulcan Way, Richmond, BC V6V 1J8, in the Bridgeport area. It opens in fall 2026 and is in build-out now. Consultations are open ahead of opening, so your goal, coach match, and plan are ready before the doors are.
THE DIFFERENCE
KALOS isn't a membership gym. The floor is private and appointment-only: no crowds, no waiting for equipment, and every station set up for you before you arrive. Coaching is strictly one-on-one, and the studio is built for one outcome — physique transformation, with the numbers to prove it.
COACHING
No — and that's the point. Every KALOS coach runs the same proven method, so your result doesn't depend on trainer roulette. You're matched to the coach who fits your goal, and the standard is identical across the team.
NUTRITION
Yes. Your program covers training, nutrition, and cardio as one plan. You log food and hit macro targets in the KALOS app, and your coach reviews the data with you — the same numbers driving your training drive your nutrition.
TRACKING
Every session, lift, and check-in is logged in the KALOS app: personal records, body-weight trends, food, and cardio. Strength is anchored by max-effort benchmark sets, and your muscle-building volume is calculated from your own numbers. Progress reviews happen off the floor, in a proper sit-down.
WHO IT'S FOR
No. The method starts from your numbers, wherever they are — first-timers and experienced lifters run the same system at different loads. What you need is a goal. The consultation turns "get in shape" into a specific, measurable target with a date on it.
Still deciding?
Sixty minutes, in person, about your goal. The system either fits or it doesn't — that's how we both find out.
